Under no circumstances shall Lucky Gent be liable for any direct or indirect losses and/or damages in connection with the use of or inability to use this website. If you are dissatisfied with any content on www.luckygent.com. Please review our policy for Returns and Shipping before purchasing any merchandise.

Payment Options

We accept payment through Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards as well as PayPal. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers. We encourage all customers to use PayPal as they offer the best protection against credit card fraud.

Gift Certificates

Our E-Gift Certificates are strictly for the use of online purchases. 

Refunds

Lucky Gent does not process refunds for any reason. Upon verification, your order maybe eligible for Online Store Credit

Price Adjustments

From time to time, we do offer various discounts through sales/promotions. Once a transaction has processed, the customer agrees to pay the said price of the order. 

Unfortunately, Lucky Gent does not adjust the price of orders that were not placed during the given promotional period. 

We highly encourage our customers to subscribe to our newsletter to stay up to date with the latest sales + promotions.

Final Sale Items

Items marked “FINAL SALE” are not eligible for return. 

Authenticity & Warranty

Lucky Gent only carries merchandise that is authentic and first-run. Please be aware that even such products are not entirely free of workmanship errors, including occasional missing threads and similar defects. If within the first 30 days, such a problem has been identified with your merchandise please contact us at dorian.rae@luckygent.com with a picture and description of the defect. Damaged items should be reported to customer service immediately before returning the package to ensure your claim is properly processed.

By placing an order on www.luckygent.com the customer accepts all terms of this Return and Exchange policy. 

Verification & Shipping

When placing your order, please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit card statement. In the event that your provided information does not match exactly what your credit card has on file, your order may be declined. This may require you to contact us and/or your bank directly. When specifying shipping address information, be sure to check that the city, state, and zip code are all correct. If according to delivery service’s records this information does not match their records, we may have to contact you to update this information and this may delay your order. 

Shipping Terms and Conditions

We ship Tuesday through Saturday 9am to 3:30pm Pacific Standard Time. Shipments may be delayed up to 15 business days following large sales or promotions.

If cancellation is needed, please email dorian.rae@luckygent.com. We are not able to cancel or change your order if we do not receive your request before shipping confirmation. Please note - all cancellations result in providing the customer account with an online store credit

LUCKY GENT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOSS OF PACKAGES THAT HAVE BEEN MARKED "DELIVERED" BY USPS THROUGH TRACKING. If you do realize that your package has been marked as "delivered", we highly recommend contacting your local post office for further information in regards to the package's whereabouts. Lucky Gent is not liable for refunding or replacing the lost/stolen package.

Lost Package

If your parcel is marked as ‘delivered’ by the local postal service, yet you do not physically have your parcel it is up to the customer, not Lucky Gent to contact the local postal service to follow up the problem. If the local postal service and the customer do not resolve the discrepancy, Lucky Gent is not liable to refund or resend your order. 

Lucky Gent reserves the right to refuse the package and/or return to sender should the merchandise not meet these requirements. Please contact Lucky Gent if you have any questions.
